Quality inspection at every stage
Five checkpoints between incoming material and the shipping container. Nothing moves forward on a visual impression alone.
Material intake audit
Incoming titanium is verified against the declared grade and supplier documentation before it enters production.
Forming & stamping
Drawn and stamped bodies are checked for wall thickness, diameter and forming consistency at the press.
Welding & joint test
Welded seams and handle attachments are inspected for penetration, alignment and load strength.
Surface treatment
Colour and texture are verified against the approved sample, including finish consistency across a batch.
Final piece check
Every single item is inspected for finish, dimensional tolerance, assembly fit and logo accuracy.
What the final check covers
- Surface finish consistency against the approved reference sample.
- Dimensional tolerance on capacity, diameter, height and wall thickness.
- Assembly fit on lids, handles, seals and any moving components.
- Logo and engraving accuracy, including position and depth.
- Functional check on closures and leak-prone joints.
- Packaging condition, with protection specified for the product geometry.
Paperwork that travels with the goods
Test reports are issued per specification and shipment rather than as a generic company certificate, so the document matches the goods in the container.
Food-contact material reports
Migration and composition testing relevant to the destination market.
RoHS & REACH statements
Restriction compliance documentation for European-bound shipments.
Dimension & capacity records
Measured data for the lot, retained for quality traceability.
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificates prepared for clearance.
Specific certification requirements depend on the destination market and the application. Tell us where the goods will be sold and we will confirm exactly which reports apply to your order.
